The short version
This is a personal portfolio. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and has no accounts. It measures how fast pages load, anonymously. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to type: a message in the contact form, or a display name for a Labs leaderboard.
The contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address, subject and message are emailed to me through Amazon Simple Email Service. The email also records the IP address the request came from and the time it was sent, which I use only to filter spam. I keep these emails as long as I need them to reply and follow up, then delete them.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period to operate and secure the service. Vercel’s own privacy policy governs that data.
Performance measurement
Vercel Speed Insights records how quickly each page loads and responds (for example, how long the main content takes to appear), along with the page’s path and your browser, device type and country. It uses no cookies and no identifiers that follow you between visits, and I only ever see the results in aggregate.
Browser storage
A few of the interactive experiments in the Labs remember your progress in your own browser’s local storage, and that progress never leaves your device. If you post a score to a leaderboard, the display name you choose and your scores are stored in the site’s database and shown publicly on the board. Your browser keeps a private key that proves the name is yours; only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it is stored on the server.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and project sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Changes
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will say so and the date above will change.
